on a guy - as long as they're attractive - wouldn't look good on a fat guy, but if you're toned - hell yeah. although getting it done by a professional is important... an ex got his done while drunk, and it was wonky, not a brilliant look!It depends, i think that it looks gay on a woman. You cant breast feed then if getting pregnant.Nipple piercing are cool on girls, but I think guys look bad in them.Both me and my boyfriend have both done. I love his, and he loves mine.
